The Smartest Giant In Town

About The Smartest Giant in Town

The Smartest Giant in Town is a 55-minute musical adventure for children aged 2 to 8. It follows George, who no longer wants to be the scruffiest giant in town, after he buys smart trousers, a smart shirt, a stripy tie and shiny shoes - only to find that some animals need his help, and his clothes.

From the award-winning Little Angel Theatre, whose work includes A Sguash and a Squeeze and Charlie Cook’s Favourite Book, and West End producers Fierylight, whose credits include Peppa Pig, Bing, Octonauts and The BFG, this Olivier Award nominated production brings Julia Donaldson’s characters to life with puppets and songs.

The Evening Standard described it as “A Joy”. The story centres on friendship and helping others, with a clear, easy-to-follow format designed for young audiences.

Running time: 55 minutes. Age guidance: 2 to 8 years.
