Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned, including where entry is refused for not providing photo ID or where a customer is ejected for breaching the behaviour policy. If the event is rescheduled or cancelled, customers will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided at booking. Replacement tickets of equivalent value will be offered for rescheduled events, and alternative events will be offered if the event is cancelled.
