Before you book

All customers must be over 18 years of age. Photo identification must be provided if requested.

No stag parties or all-male groups of six or more are permitted. Talking or disruptive behaviour is not allowed during the performance, and breach of the Behaviour Policy may result in ejection. Management also reserves the right to refuse entry.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned, including where entry is refused for failure to provide photo ID or where a customer is ejected for breaching the Behaviour Policy. Advertised performers are subject to change without notice. If the event is rescheduled or cancelled, customers will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided at booking. Replacement tickets of equivalent value will be offered for rescheduled events, and alternative events will be offered for cancelled events.
