Hi, 

I want to file a complaint as I have not had a positive experience on the night for the following reasons: 
- As suggested I downloaded Skiddle to get access to the tickets but the details about the event were wrong. We ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time. I had the guy from Simmon's bar in Camden to get in touch with your guide to get to know where to go and we arrived late and we lost the free shots and it was just about time the group was going to leave without us moving ahead with the next place;
- We paid around Â£ 78 for 4 pubs but we only were able to join three of them as we didn't get the right info on the tickets on SKiddle;
- We paid Â£ 78 for a pub crawl which was going to include the fireworks but we weren't advised the plan changed until the midnight and we were unable to make our own plan instead, as we were waiting to go watching the fireworks as reported on the schedule, but only when we asked to one of the guides, we were told they asked to the group to choose to go to another pub or to go watching the fireworks and because the majority of people decided to go to another pub, the fireworks plan was deleted. 
We weren't asked anything at any time and if we were that would have been better as we would have known of the change of plan and we were able to make our own way to go watching the fireworks. 

We were disappointed and partially what happened ruined our holiday so we expect this complaint to be evaluated; we will be soon reviewing this service and unfortunately at this stage we won't be able to write  a good review as we hadn't a good experience at all. 

I feel I totally wasted Â£78 for nothing.
