London Dungeon Standard Entry takes place at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB London. Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

The closest Underground station is Waterloo, about five minutes’ walk away, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15 minute walk; from there, cross Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby; take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
