London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at The London Dungeon, County Hall, takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history with theatrical storytelling, live actors, special effects and rides. The experience brings historic figures and familiar tales to life, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The attraction combines immersive sets, stage scenes and underground rides, with stories told using sound, sight, touch and smell. It is designed as a live, theatrical visit rather than a conventional museum-style tour.
Key facts: The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Age guidance: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, on presentation of proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away, via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit 1 and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
