About Avenue Q
Avenue Q at 210, Shaftesbury Avenue has returned to the West End in a strictly limited season this spring. This three-time Tony Award-winning musical follows Princeton, who has just left college and is trying to find his purpose in life.
He ends up in a shabby apartment on New York’s rundown Avenue Q, where he meets a group of colourful neighbours. Together, they deal with work, love and paying the bills in a comic, irreverent way.
With original Broadway director Jason Moore and original puppet designer Rick Lyon, Avenue Q brings back the humour, songs and characters that have made the show a long-running favourite.
Key facts: Three-time Tony Award-winning musical; strictly limited season this spring.
