The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise at the London Eye combines a 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames with standard admission to the London Eye, giving you two views of London’s landmarks from the river and from above. The cruise is circular, with boarding and disembarking at London Eye Pier only.
Since 2000, the London Eye has taken over 70 million people on a journey into London’s skyline and is described as the most popular paid attraction in the UK. It is also known as the only view of the city that moves.
Duration: the River Cruise lasts 40 minutes and the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The combined ticket also includes access to the London Eye 4D cinema experience.
The timeslot booked is for the River Cruise. After you receive your e-ticket, log into the booking portal to book your London Eye timeslot. Please arrive at London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present the e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Audio commentaries on the River Cruise are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
The London Eye, Riverside building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB. The London Eye Pier is situated below The Lastminute.com London Eye, and the attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival upon presentation of proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters are not admitted. Once booked, wheelchair timeslots can be requested in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.
