Before you book

Age recommendation is 8+. Children under 3 will not be admitted. Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by, and sit next to, a ticketholder aged 18 or over.

You will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket attached and must bring the e-ticket on the day. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance start time. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. No refunds or exchanges are available after purchase. Food or drink bought elsewhere may not be brought into the theatre.

The seating plans are not accurate representations of the auditorium, so if you have specific requirements it is best to discuss them with the theatre before booking.
