The Book of Mormon at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London is the musical comedy from Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South Park. It won four Olivier Awards, including Best New Musical, and tells the story of two Salt Lake City Mormon missionaries sent to Uganda.

The show puts Mormon dogma, religion and consumerism under comic scrutiny as the missionaries encounter harsh realities and a warlord. The music is by Robert Lopez, and the production is built around all-singing, all-dancing comedy.

The show has been described as rude, potentially offensive and unexpectedly endearing.

Before you book

This production contains strobe lighting, flashing lights, gunshots and explicit language. Children under 3 will not be admitted. Children under 16 must be accompanied by, and sat next to, a ticketholder aged 18 or over.

Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.

Food or drink purchased elsewhere may not be brought into the theatre. The seating plans are not accurate representations of the auditorium, so customers with specific requirements should discuss them with the theatre before booking.
