The Book of Mormon at the Prince of Wales Theatre is a musical by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South Park. It has won four Olivier Awards, including Best New Musical.
The story follows two Salt Lake City Mormons sent as missionaries to Uganda. Instead of the baptisms and conversions they hope for, they encounter harsh realities and a particularly unpleasant warlord.
With music by Avenue Q’s Robert Lopez, the show mixes comedy with themes of consumerism and religion.
