The Book of Mormon is playing at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London. Winner of four Olivier Awards, including Best New Musical, it is a musical by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South Park, with music by Robert Lopez.
The story follows two Salt Lake City Mormons sent as missionaries to Uganda, where they are met with harsh realities and a warlord. The show combines satire, religion and consumerism in a fast-moving musical comedy that has become a long-running West End success.
Running time: 2 hours 30 minutes including interval.
This production contains strobe lighting, flashing lights, gunshots and explicit language. Children under 16 must be accompanied by, and seated next to, a ticketholder aged 18 or over. Children under 3 will not be admitted. Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. No food or drink purchased elsewhere may be brought into the theatre. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase.
