The Book of Mormon is playing at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London. Winner of four Olivier Awards®, including Best New Musical, the musical follows two Salt Lake City Mormons who are sent as missionaries to Uganda, where they encounter harsh realities and a warlord.

Created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the team behind South Park, with music by Robert Lopez, it mixes satire, song and dance in a story that is described as funny, rude, potentially offensive and unexpectedly endearing.

The show addresses subjects including religion and consumerism, and has been widely praised in reviews. It runs for 2 hours 30 minutes including interval.

Before you book

This production contains strobe lighting, flashing lights and gunshots, and includes explicit language. Children under 3 will not be admitted. Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a ticketholder aged at least 18 and must sit next to them.

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. No exchanges or refunds are offered after purchase. You may not bring food or drink purchased elsewhere into the theatre.
