Miss Saigon plays at the Prince Edward Theatre in London from May 2027 for a strictly limited season. Cameron Mackintosh, in association with Michael Harrison, presents Boublil and Schönberg’s musical, which features the songs The Heat Is On, The Movie in My Mind, Last Night of the World and The American Dream.

Set in the last days of the Vietnam War, the story follows 17-year-old Kim, who is forced to work in a Saigon bar run by The Engineer. There she meets and falls in love with an American GI, Chris, before the fall of Saigon tears them apart.

Over the next three years, Kim’s journey of survival leads her in search of Chris, who does not know he has fathered a son.

Running time: Approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes including an interval.

Age recommendation: 14+.

This production contains scenes of a sexual and violent nature, wartime themes, firearms, derogatory and coarse language, drug use and the simulated smoking of cigarettes. It also includes strobe lighting, gun shots, loud sound effects, theatrical haze and pyrotechnics.
