Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is a play based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany. It received its world premiere in London’s West End at the Palace Theatre in summer 2016.

The story takes place 19 years after Harry, Ron and Hermione saved the wizarding world. They are joined by a new generation at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, as Harry and his youngest son Albus face the weight of family legacy and events that bring past and present together.

The production is the most awarded West End play in the history of the Olivier Awards, winning a record-breaking nine awards including Best New Play and Best Director in 2017.

Duration: 2 hours, 55 minutes, including one 20 minute interval.

Before you book

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is recommended for ages 8 and over. All attendees, regardless of age, need a ticket. Children under 5 are not permitted, Babes in Arms are not admitted to the auditorium, and anyone under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
