Harry Potter and The Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre in London's West End is a stage play based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany. It premiered in London in summer 2016.
The production is the most awarded West End play in the history of the Olivier Awards, with a record-breaking nine wins in 2017 including Best New Play and Best Director.
Nineteen years after Harry, Ron and Hermione saved the wizarding world, the story follows a new generation at Hogwarts as Harry and his son Albus face family legacy, mysterious forces, and the effects of past and present colliding.
Running time: 2 hours 55 minutes, including one 20 minute interval.
This show is recommended for ages 8 and over. Children under 5 are not permitted, Babes in Arms are not admitted to the auditorium, and everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket regardless of age. Patrons under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
