Harry Potter And The Cursed Child

About Harry Potter and The Cursed Child

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre is a play based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany. It received its world premiere in London’s West End in summer 2016.

Nineteen years after Harry, Ron and Hermione saved the wizarding world, the story follows a new adventure at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. As past and present collide, Harry’s youngest son Albus and a new generation face time travel, mysterious forces and a battle to stop the darkness closing in.

The production is the most awarded play in history and the most awarded West End play in the history of the Olivier Awards, with a record-breaking nine awards including Best New Play and Best Director in 2017.

Running time: 2 hours 55 minutes, including one 20-minute interval.
