About

No.1 Fitness is a gym run by co-founder Ben Camara and Harry Thomas. The two PTs opened No.1 Fitness over 8 years ago and now have two studios in Tower Bridge and The City of London. The pair have combined their experience to offer a quality, professional and personalised service to their clients. More recently the education branch of the business was launched so that fitness enthusiasts can train to become a fully qualified Level 3 PT in addition to other more specialist courses.
