About Mamma Mia!

Mamma Mia! at the Novello Theatre in London is the musical built around ABBA’s songs, telling the story of a mother, a daughter and three possible dads on a Greek island. It premiered in London’s West End over 25 years ago and has been seen by more than 70 million people around the world.

The production has also been turned into two record-breaking films, Mamma Mia! and Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. It presents the story through ABBA’s timeless songs in a musical format that combines comedy, romance and familiar music.

Key facts: Running time is 2 hours 35 minutes including one interval. Performances are Monday to Saturday at 7.45pm, with Thursday and Saturday matinees at 3.00pm.

Before you book

Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Children under 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticket-holder aged 18 or over, and children under 3 will not be admitted. This production contains flashing lights. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. No refunds or exchanges are available after purchase. Seating plans are not always an accurate representation of the auditorium, so customers with specific requirements are advised to discuss these with the theatre before booking.
