Into The Woods

About Into The Woods

Into The Woods transfers to the West End this September after a critically acclaimed run at The Bridge Theatre. Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s musical brings together familiar fairy-tale characters including the Baker and his wife, a Witch with a curse, a boy and his cow, a girl in a red cloak, a maiden with long flowing hair and a servant covered in cinders as they journey into the dark woods.

Directed by Jordan Fein, with set and costume design by Tom Scutt, this production follows the characters as wishes are made, slippers are lost, beanstalks take flight and new friendships are forged. It looks beyond ‘Happily ever after’ and into what happens next.
