Into The Woods transfers to the West End from a critically acclaimed run at The Bridge Theatre. Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s musical follows the Baker and his wife, a Witch with a curse, a boy and his cow, a girl in a red cloak, a maiden with long flowing hair and a servant covered in cinders as they journey deep into the woods.

As their stories intertwine, wishes are made, slippers are lost, beanstalks take flight and new friendships are forged. The production looks beyond “Happily ever after” to what comes next.

Directed by Jordan Fein, with set and costume design by Tom Scutt, the show has been described by The Times as “stunning” and by The Standard as “a triumphant musical mash-up of fairytales”.

Before you book

Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Children under 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticket holder who is at least 18 years old. Children under 3 will not be admitted. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

This production contains haze, loud noises, flashing lights and strobe effects that may affect audience members who are sensitive to light. There will also be periods of absolute darkness in the auditorium as part of the show, and you are asked to remain in your seats during this time. No refunds or exchanges after purchase.
