Before you book

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still need a ticket.

If there is a wheelchair user in your group, you must pre-book a wheelchair slot online at least 24 hours before your visit, as only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
