About Cinderella (2026)
Cinderella (2026) at Lyric Hammersmith Theatre is the venue’s festive pantomime take on the classic fairy tale, set in Hammersmith and built around the familiar moment when the clock strikes midnight.
Written by Joel Horwood, whose credits include The Ocean at the End of the Lane and I Want My Hat Back, the show returns him to the Lyric panto after Aladdin in 2016. It is directed by Robin Belfield, whose work includes Princess Essex and Anansi The Spider.
The production is presented as the Lyric’s own twist on Cinderella, with songs and comedy as part of the storytelling.
