About Cinderella (2026)
Cinderella (2026) at the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre in London is a festive pantomime version of the fairy tale, staged in Hammersmith. It is presented as a family show built around the story reaching the stroke of midnight.
The production includes songs and comedy, and offers the Lyric’s own take on the classic story rather than a straightforward retelling. It is written by Joel Horwood, who returns to the Lyric panto after Aladdin in 2016.
It is directed by Robin Belfield. Horwood’s 2016 Lyric panto Aladdin was described by The Stage as “wickedly good”.
