About Cinderella (2026)
Cinderella (2026) at Lyric Hammersmith Theatre is the Lyric’s pantomime take on the fairy tale, set in Hammersmith as the clock strikes midnight. The production is written by Joel Horwood, whose previous work includes The Ocean at the End of the Lane and I Want My Hat Back, and who returned to the Lyric panto after his Aladdin in 2016.
Directed by Robin Belfield — known for Princess Essex and Anansi The Spider — the show promises songs, comedy, and the Lyric’s own take on this familiar story. It is presented as a festive title for audiences who want a family panto with a contemporary theatre touch.
