The Guilty at the Harold Pinter Theatre in London stars Russell Tovey in a stage adaptation of the 2021 film. Set in the West End from 16 January to 3 April, it follows police officer Joe, who seems settled into routine emergency calls until one call changes the course of his shift.
Adapted by Chloë Moss and directed by Felix Barrett, the production is based on the 2021 film starring Jake Gyllenhaal, which was itself adapted from the 2018 Danish film Den Skyldige. The story centres on a single call and the pressure it places on Joe as events begin to escalate.
The Guilty comes to the West End after performances at the Donmar Warehouse in summer 2027.
Duration: 65 mins. Dates: 16 January to 3 April. Age guidance: 14 years plus.
