About

About The Traitors - Acts of Betrayal

The Traitors - Acts of Betrayal at the Gillian Lynne Theatre, 166 Drury Lane, London, is a new cycle of five plays based on the television format. Each performance begins in the same way, then develops into a different story depending on who the Traitors are in that version.

From Monday to Friday, each play stands alone as a complete drama, with banished or murdered characters in one version able to survive and succeed in another. On Saturdays, the audience decides which version is staged in real time. The production is written by John Finnemore and directed by Robert Hastie, and is produced by Studio Lambert and Neal Street Productions.

Key facts: There are five different plays across the week. During the preview period from 11 May to 7 June, performances are marked with coloured shields in the booking calendar, and each colour represents a different play. From 9 June, Monday to Friday features a different play each day, while Saturdays are audience-choice performances. There are no audience choice performances before Saturday 29 May.
