About Oliver!

Oliver! is at the Gielgud Theatre in London. Cameron Mackintosh’s new production of Lionel Bart’s musical will open on Saturday 14 December 2024, following a sold-out season at Chichester Festival Theatre. It brings Dickens’ story of the boy who asked for more to the stage in a production fully reconceived with director and choreographer Matthew Bourne.

The score includes Food Glorious Food, Consider Yourself, You’ve Got to Pick-a-Pocket or Two, I’d Do Anything, Oom Pah Pah and As Long As He Needs Me. Lionel Bart’s show is an Olivier, Tony and Oscar-winning musical.

It is produced and revised by Cameron Mackintosh, directed and choreographed by Matthew Bourne, and co-directed by Jean-Pierre van der Spuy.
