Absolutely horrendous experience.

 Our family were there for the Portugal game. My sister ordered a pizza and they initially said 5 min wait. After 20 mins, my sister asked again and the chef started swearing constantly and told her to take a walk. She had a buzzer for when the food would be ready. After 40 minutes, me and her went back and I told them the buzzer hadn't gone off and the pizza was taking too long. He responded rudely again, threw the pizza on the table (wrong pizza and unsliced). I then told him if he acts like this he shouldn't be working there to which he responded by swearing at me. I went to security and explained how rude he was being. At this point, the manager walked us outside and told me he won't let me back in because I wasn't calm. Bear in mind I had just been verbally assaulted and my sister for simply asking for the pizza. The manager then went inside and told me he asked the same chef if he's happy for me to come back in to which apparently he said yes. This was so shocking to me and highly inappropriate. I told him I'm not going back in I just want my bag. He then said I don't have a choice and didn't allow me to get my bag. He didn't believe me at all and allowed the abusive behaviour of this so called chef that apparently I wasn't allowed to get his name either to complain formally. Most of the security were also very rude later to my sister and her boyfriend for trying to explain. The manager eventually apologised to my sisters boyfriend but by then it's too little too late, I was already at another place finishing the game and eating some food that I got within 10 mins. I am utterly disgusted and they are just point blank unprofessional and shouldn't be dealing with the public. You couldn't pay me to ever go back to this nasty place!

Music kept playing until mins before the game. Didn't get to hear the pre match build up. Most of the staff are just so rude and miserable, some very ignorant and intimidating. One staff member said we can sit where we like up or down, we go upstairs to be told no go down you're not allowed here. The screens need replacing! One of the panels on the screen has gone altogether and the quality of the image is so poor.
