Review of VII London 2024
Food was promised however the truck broke down and there was no alternative ready (besides being allowed out of the venue), which with the cloak room charging £5 per item was a little off putting.
My girlfriend was charged for 2 items, despite both of her items being placed on the same hanger - not the end of the world, felt a little misleading.
Bar staff at the main bar outside the main/after party room could have been more attentive to queue sizes, 1 member of staff serving whilst 3 of them were stood around having a chat was infuriating when waiting over 10 minutes to get served.
One young lady kept showing her annoyance at having to serve tap water.
More bins placed in various discreet locations would not go amiss next event, as they were overflowing pretty early on, and caused the floors to get wet/covered in plastic cups/bottles/cans.
Good points were the cleaning staff who were going around throughout the party mopping up sp***s, so shoutout to them.
