About Cinderella: Buttons Undone!
Cinderella: Buttons Undone! at Charing Cross Theatre is the return of London's alternative Christmas show from award-winning adult panto company He's Behind You!. Written by Jon Bradfield and Martin Hooper, with songs by Jon Bradfield and direction by Andrew Beckett, it presents a very adult take on the Cinderella story.
The action is set in Lob-on-Sea, where tennis champion Ivan Yassandvich is choosing a bride. Hotel maid Cindy, her stepsister boss Mercedes and Cindy's gay best friend Buttons are caught up in the story, which is billed as a deeply adult and obnoxiously gay fairytale pantomime.
The production follows last year's smash hit Beauty and the Beast: A Horny Love Story.
Runs: 21 November 2026 to 9 January 2027.
