About
About Cinderella: Buttons Undone!
Cinderella: Buttons Undone! at Charing Cross Theatre is an adult pantomime from He's Behind You!, written by Jon Bradfield and Martin Hooper, with songs by Jon Bradfield and direction by Andrew Beckett. It returns as London's alternative Christmas show, following last year's Beauty and the Beast: A Horny Love Story.
Set in Lob-on-Sea, the story centres on tennis champion Ivan Yassandvich, who is choosing a bride, alongside hotel maid Cindy, her stepsister boss Mercedes and Cindy's gay best friend Buttons. It is a fairytale reworking with an adult edge.
Matthew Baldwin and Chris Lane appear in the show.
Key facts: Runs from 21 November 2026 to 9 January 2027. Strictly 18+.
