The Victoria Business Improvement District (Victoria BID) officially launched in April 2010. Its purpose is to bring together the business community to help shape and influence Victoria’s future development and infrastructure, positioning Victoria as a vibrant and thriving destination to be enjoyed again and again. The vision of the BID’s Clean & Green programme is to retrofit what is a dense urban environment with green infrastructure, which cumulatively seeks to improve air quality, mitigate flood risk and visually enhance the area for the local community. www.victoriabid.co.uk
