🌀 What Is Dance Heals Senza? ​ Dance Heals Senza is a dance and fitness programme designed by me, that incorporates a holistic approach, using dance as therapy and practice that blends somatic movement, easy to follow choreography, some free-form dance, and mind-body healing techniques. Our main rhythms are Afrobeats, Samba, Brazilian Funk, Afrobeats, Kizomba, Bachata & Belly Dancing. ​ It's ideal for: ​ Losing weight & excellent Cardio portion if your workout Individuals navigating stress, anxiety, or trauma Those seeking dance for mental health and emotional balance People craving more authentic self-expression and embodiment Anyone looking for movement therapy that’s gentle, intuitive, and powerful No pressure.
