DEATH NOTE THE MUSICAL is a London stage adaptation of the manga by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata, created in collaboration with original producers HoriPro. The story follows brilliant student Light Yagami after he discovers a notebook with the power over life and death, leading to a battle of wits with the elusive detective L.
The production features a score by Tony, Grammy and Emmy nominee Frank Wildhorn, with lyrics by Jack Murphy and a book by Ivan Menchell. The source manga has sold over 30 million copies worldwide.
Running time: Approximately 2h 20mins, including a 20-minute interval.
