Our Commitment to our Audience:
Always Free, Always Funny
Angel wants to introduce you to all the incredible, diverse comic voices out there – voices that you'll not necessarily see on Dave, or Mock The Week or at the Comedy Store (though we will show you some of them, too!)
We try our best to make sure each of our nights is accessible. If you have a very low income, you're still welcome to visit us – there is no obligation to pay. And if you're doing okay money-wise, we offer you the chance to support us with a donation here or there.
Our Commitment to Performers:
This is a club run by comedians, and as such, it is vital to us that we support comics on their journey; from brand new acts who want to develop their first five minutes, to big names who want to preview their Edinburgh show...and everything in between.
After we've seen you develop at some of our new material nights, we will offer you a five minute spot at one of our Professional Nights. Once we're confident you have a good ten, we can then offer you a paid spot and then a chance to work on your twenty minute sets, and hour-long shows...
This journey takes time...years sometimes...and we're always here to offer a friendly hug. But most importantly, we want to offer comics a well run room, a great audience, and a chance to do what you love best in an environment that works.
