About Sinatra The Musical

Sinatra The Musical at the Aldwych Theatre is a West End musical about Frank Sinatra’s rise, setbacks and comeback. Set on New Year’s Eve 1942, it follows the 27-year-old singer as he steps on to the stage of New York City’s Paramount Theatre and gives the performance that begins to change music history.

The production is written by two-time Tony Award-winning writer Joe DiPietro and directed and choreographed by Olivier Award-winning, three-time Tony Award-winning Kathleen Marshall. As Sinatra’s voice wins over audiences, the story also follows his personal life, including his marriage to Nancy and his relationship with Ava Gardner.

Featuring over twenty classic hits, including “That’s Life”, “One For My Baby”, “The Best Is Yet to Come” and “I’ve Got the World on a String”, the show presents a portrait of Sinatra through his music and career.
