Described by the Guardian as eclectic, eccentric and unobtrusively erudite, Bruno Heinen's contemporary chamber jazz collective The W launch their new record Mikrokosmos featuring Heidi Vogel (Cinematic Orchestra), Andrea Di Biase (Kenny Wheeler) and Gene Calderazzo (Radiohead, Pharaoh Sanders).

Tonight's gig opens with a solo set from Ruth Goller (Alabaster De Plume, Acoustic Ladyland) - electric bass and vocals with effects and soundscapes, mixed with tunes from her recent records Skylla and Skyllumina embeded in thundering bass improvisations.
