Review of Oktoberfest Liverpool Sefton park Sunday - Family Day
Described as a family fun day but nothing for toddlers to do. The rides only catered for teenagers. it was nice they had mascots but small children are scared of them so still not for everyone. Not enough food and drink stalls. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with children under 10. I think even the older ones would get bored. Wont be returning next year

Music too loud for baby (attended family day). No baby change facilities. Staff hungover. Poor entertainment. 30min+ queue at food stand (1 lady serving)

We went to the family day with a 6 week old baby so unfortunately couldn’t get there when it started. When we arrived my 10 year old wanted to go on a de however there was no pay else waiting to go on the ride so she had to wait, we waited that long I asked for a refund and we would come back when we seen a Que. when we eventually went back outside they where closing for the adult session she was devastated,
There was no baby change facilities??
A man was standing in the tent by the bar smoking & spitting on the floor! I just stairred at him? Which didn’t faze him one bit. Without me telling him children where about and we have just came through a pandemic!!! No regard what so ever for others.
The characters well we waited in line to be told the 2 people in front that’s it now we have to go.
All in all a Terrible day.

The event timings were incorrect. We arrived at 11am to be told the event didn't start until 12 and would run until 5pm. Nothing was ready at 11am. Hit food wasn't ready to be sold until about 12.30 and we were then told to leave just after 4 because they had to set up for the next session. It came across quite disorganised overall and disappointing the timings were advertised and executed incorrectly on the day

The event was awful!
It was described as a family event however there was nothing there for family. We went as two families and the kids were very upset as there was nothing there. We go to a lot of events in Sefton Park that are free and are always brilliant! I felt like we had been robbed!

Worst event i ever been too
Was cancelled friday, a wasted trip from chester
Goes to the sunday night one
Was so embarassing i been oktoberfest
In germany, this was just a joke
There was more Security staff than people there
Never again

Bit of a rip off for what it was. £16 entry to then pay £6/pint in what was basically a circus tent. The only decent thing was the beat box guy for the kids.

Waste of time and money, nothing for the kids to do apart from watch naff wrestling. Advertised as a family fun day, my child was more entertained by playing with the plastic token coins we had to exchange for money as no cash accepted. There were 3 rides, all of which had height restrictions and we were unable to use as they were adult rides. Bouncy castle van pulled up, then drove off. The adult evening event looked great on Instagram, a shame that the kids event was such a failure..it says it all when the guy checking tickets at the gate warned us about the lack of rides before we went in and that there was just live wresting on, 1 bratwurst van, a normal burger van and an extortionate sweet stall with a rude lady who ripped us off. Would not reccomend or return
