Freeze HiFi presents Greg Wilson & Todd Terry

There aren’t many DJs who can genuinely say they helped shape British club culture. Greg Wilson and Todd Terry are two of them.

Merseyside’s Greg Wilson has been behind the decks since 1975. From the influential dancefloors of Wigan Pier and Legend to becoming the first dance music specialist to hold a regular weekly session at Manchester’s Haçienda, his place in UK club history is firmly established. In 1983, he also became the first British DJ to demonstrate live mixing on national television.

Across the Atlantic, Brooklyn’s Todd Terry was helping define a new generation of New York house. Records including Can You Party, A Day In The Life and Weekend became part of the soundtrack as house exploded across the UK and Europe in the late 80s. 

Two pioneers. Two very different stories. Decades of dance music history between them. Greg Wilson and Todd Terry together, behind the decks at Freeze Hi-Fi. This is going to be a very special evening.

By claiming or presenting a free ticket for this event, you agree to the following terms:

1. A ticket does not guarantee entry. Entry is subject to venue capacity, licensing requirements, security procedures and management discretion.

2. Please arrive early. As this is a free event, we strongly recommend arriving as early as possible. Once the venue reaches capacity, entry may be refused even if you hold a valid ticket.

3. Tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone from the premises where reasonably necessary, including for intoxication, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, failure to comply with venue rules, or for safety and security reasons.

5. Valid photographic ID may be required. Where the event is age restricted, guests must be able to provide acceptable proof of age.

6. Last entry times may apply. Admission after any advertised last-entry time is not guaranteed.

7. Re-entry is subject to venue policy and may not be permitted.

8. The event, line-up, opening times and other details may be changed where necessary without prior notice.

9. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The venue accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. By attending, guests agree to follow all reasonable instructions provided by venue staff and security.

11. Important: Claiming a free ticket reserves your registration for the event but does not reserve a space inside the venue. Capacity is limited and admission will operate subject to availability, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
