With almost one million social media followers and sold-out tours across the UK, Ireland and Europe, The Year Grunge Broke have built a reputation as the definitive live celebration of the 90s alternative explosion.

Delivering the raw power, emotion and intensity of the era, the band recreate the sound and spirit of the Seattle scene and beyond with precision, passion and serious stage presence.

The project also extends beyond the stage - guitarist Clive Barnes authored The Year Grunge Broke book, an in-depth study of 50 essential grunge and alternative albums, featuring a foreword by former Pearl Jam drummer Dave Abbruzzese.
