Join The Wednesday Flowers in their headliner gig at Hyde Park Book Club (The Snug) in Leeds, accompanied by Jeanpool and The Listening Board.
The Listening Board are a group making waves in the alternative grunge scene with their debut EP 'Vanity Pose' releasing on the 18th September.
Jeanpool, a girl band based in Leeds. Their music contains themes of hopeful love and Northern charm, wrapped up in gritty guitars and floral lyricism. When they perform, they become more than full of life in it's every state, from dancing and joyful to melancholic. It's as if they're talking to the crowd through their instruments, begging them to fall under the denim sewn spell that is Jeanpool.
The Wednesday Flowers music is built on strong songwriting, emotional honesty, and an instinctive understanding on how to create songs that linger long after the final note has faded. They establish a mood that is both intimate and expansive, creating a hazy, almost dreamlike quality that immediately draws comparisons with classic shoegaze and alternative rock.
