Unfortunately the weather was awful for this event, but there was nowhere we could get under cover, we never saw a bar which I believe was advertised and the rides were very few.  I was extremely disappointed in the whole thing I am afraid, we left after an hour.

Review of Heysham firework spectacular 

Sorry but it just wasn’t what it said. Second night was not raining and there still was no entertainment on. My 3 year old very nearly fell out of a ride and no matter how much I screamed and asked him to stop he didn’t. Kind lady and man on the gate but apart from that sorry… no. 

Was lovely apartment from no music other then from the rides ,overall brilliant for the money 

Great evening was had by all, kids loved all the rides, food was reasonably priced so everyone was happy

The fire works were fab, however there was only 3 rides there suitable for 12+  

For 12 per person I would expect a few more bigger rides for the teens.

Also we bought some chips which was cooked in such high temps that it burnt its way through the packaging and just tasted like crisp instead of chips! These were £5 a portion and was a huge waste of money. 

The donuts from the dessert van was amazing though and well worth the money. 

Very disappointed. Didn’t help the weather was awful but there was no shelter from it and no bar which was specified. Very expensive for what it was. Didn’t even stay for the fireworks as not enough to keep entertained for that time until they were on. 

Not enough rides for the children making the tickets over priced 

The event was well run and the people were very respectful of the residents in Heysham. Kids enjoyed the fair despite the weather but prices were a bit high. 

Lovely evening,  enjoyed by all the family.  Everyone there was really helpful and polite. Fantastic event 

I understand that it rained but the price for what it was was extortionate and I felt robbed into staying longer than I wanted to. Definitely disappointed 

Even though it was pouring down the kids loved it
