Ladies Day after Dark.

Hello ravers...……. here are the bits you don't normally read! Of course, we have some Terms & Conditions regarding our venue/event, please have a quick read.... we have kept them short for that reason. We want you to have the night to remember with us so we can look forward to future events at 'The Cellar. Please do not spoil your evening and/or our venue/license by being 'that person'!!

1: Buy purchasing a ticket to this event you agree to adhere to and abide by these terms and conditions.

2: Tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelled by the venue. ALL refunds will be made using the same method that you purchased the ticket with. This is NOT negotiable.

3: The complimentary drink offered to those who have chosen to purchase a very limited VIP option is restricted to one of the following per person: a small glass of wine, a pint of lager (or equivalent) or a soft drink of your choice (subject to options on offer). Please do not ask for a variation as this will not be accepted.

4: Entry will be subject to you being in a fit condition i.e. not heavily intoxicated or under the influence of any substance. Checks will be made at the point of entry and anyone found in such a condition during the event will be removed from the premises. NO refund will be offered.

5: The age restrictions have been placed upon us by Surrey Police. We have tried to amend them but without success. Please do not attempt to abuse this restriction with fake ID etc as checks will be made to verify the validity of your id on entry using electronic means. Anyone attempting to pull the wool over our eyes will have their entry refused and the id confiscated. Your details will be passed to the Police along with the fake id. YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND if you are refused entry. Please do not be that person!

6: A condition of entry is that you and/or your possessions may be searched either by hand, with a drug detection canine or electronic wand or a combination of those. Refusal to accept this will result in you being denied entry and the Police being informed.

7: The whole area is covered by high quality CCTV. You accept you may be captured on CCTV if you enter this venue. Any images/footage will be supplied to law enforcement should the need arise. All footage will be overwritten within 7 days unless requested by law enforcement.

8: None of your personal details will be shared with any third parties by the event organiser with the exception of law enforcement.

9: Please be polite and do not abuse those of us that have put this event together for you. We work hard to appease all the relevant licensing bodies and believe us when we tell you that is no easy task! Abusive and /or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

10: THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE..... we insist that you have a fabulous night of dancing, drinking and general pleasantries amongst like minded 25+ year olds.
