Friday Street 2026 Troon Mod Rally

Glasgow club Friday Street's annual Scottish Mod Rally to Troon on the Ayrshire coast.

2 evening and 2 afternoon events celebrating all things connected to the 1960's Mod culture.

Evening guest DJ's Bill Kealy and Bob Gordon will join residents Mikey Collins and Paul Molloy to spin across the board Northern Soul, Rhythm and Blues, Ska, 60's Beat and Classic Mod tunes, all spun on original vinyl.

Live bands in the afternoons at the South Beach hotel are The 45's (Saturday) and

The Redstarts (Sunday), both of whom cover rare and classic 60's Soul and Mod tunes.

Scooter competition takes place on Saturday afternoon at the South Beach hotel, with prizes for best Vespa, best Lambretta and best Mod scooter.

This attracts participants from all over the UK.

Competition is followed by a ride out to Prestwick.

Both afternoon sessions will feature vintage and bespoke clothing stalls, also vinyl records.

Guest DJ's will spin throughout both days.
