Sophie Boyne

Sophie Boyne is a 14-year-old award-winning Scottish singer, pianist, and self-taught guitarist, known for her powerful blend of big ballads and rock-driven performances. Her repertoire spans an impressive range of music from the 1980s through to today’s charts.

Sophie’s sound is rooted in her piano playing — an instrument she is rarely without. A Grade 5 pianist, she is currently preparing for her Grade 6 exam.

Her exceptional talent has earned her major recognition across the Highlands, including being crowned Nairn’s Young Musician of the Year 2025, winning her piano category at the Inverness Music Festival in both 2024 and 2025, and taking first place at Highlands Got Talent 2025, where she helped raise an incredible £10,970 for local Highland charities.

Her growing reputation has led to standout performance opportunities, including supporting Scottish singer Callum Beattie at LossieFest 2025 as part of a Royal Air Force event lineup.

At just 12 years old, Sophie released her first original song, now available across major streaming platforms, and she is currently writing and recording her debut EP.
