The New Adelphi is a scruffy little place. If this is the new one I reckon the old one was flattened in the war! The exact opposite of a glitzy posh arena with chrome and glass. However, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was friendly, the sound was superb. Best gig i have been to, hands down. Been to dozens and dozens BTW. Little Roy and his band were fantastic. Fantastic. Yes i did write that twice.
