SHADOW CULTURE: Tom Fryer has been performing and producing music since the age of 16. He cut his teeth in the underground scenes of Leeds and Bristol, then moved back to his home town of Hastings to reconnect with his musical roots. Shadow Culture fuses jungle breaks and heavy bass with a deep sense of emotionality. The aim is to keep the vibes high, dance, and feel connected. Tom's influences range from modern groups like Overmono and Bicep through to 90s legends Fatboy Slim and Warp Records, with an indie quality drawn from bands like The Stone Roses.
The Hastings Mega Rave Collective (HMRC) are a local group of bass music DJs and producers who have put on some stellar nights around Hastings of late. They bring together a vast range of musical experience, and have quickly made themselves an essential part of Hastings' underground music culture.
Ben VHS is one of the most eclectic lovers of music around. He digs deep from his treasure trove of musical wonders to bring you into a world of his own making. From disco to UK garage and everything in between. Eclectic bubblers for the Saturday night shufflers.
