About High School Musical

Celebrating 20 years since Disney’s High School Musical became a global sensation, this production arrives at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre in Wembley. It follows Troy, Gabriella and the students of East High as they navigate first love, friendships and self-discovery while juggling classes, basketball games, auditions and the expectations of their peers.

The production uses extended staging and on-stage seating, with a new adaptation by David Simpatico and music adapted, arranged and produced by Bryan Louiselle. It is co-directed by Hope Mill Theatre founders Joseph Houston and William Whelton, and choreographed by Aaron Renfree.

Key facts: Suitable for ages 6+. All children under 16 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by and seated with an adult.

Harry Judd (McFly) stars as Coach Bolton, with original HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL film cast member KayCee Stroh as Ms Darbus. Tobias Turley plays Troy, Leonor Correia plays Gabriella, Caitlin Tipping plays Sharpay and Luke Bayer plays Ryan.
