Assiette is a series of intimate 5-course dinners hosted at Cuvee, Princes Square.

Just 10 exclusive seats are available at our beautiful communal wooden kitchen table, creating a relaxed and social dining experience.

This menu is created by Chef John Molloy, Director of Food at The Superlative Collection & Merchant City Pubs, and is inspired by French and British classics.
