The Centre Mind Body Spirit

Come and experience the peace and tranquillity of our wonderful Centre which is an oasis and sanctuary of calmness from the madness of the world. The Centre was created in 2003 by a group of dedicated, like minded individuals who wanted to share their knowledge and understanding of how to use their spiritual awareness to enhance how we live our lives and interact with others. We all value the journey we have made in how to balance our mind, body and spirit and we are dedicated to share our knowledge with all and show how the journey can change our lives. In this process we are open to all experiences and never see anything as taboo or not in our thinking, we look at everything and encourage all to find their truth through being open minded and aware of what is right for them. We do not offer bells and whistles or sensationalism, what we offer is working from source in truth and love. We are still an open secret after all this time and only those that want to work in this way find us; we look forward to sharing what we have with you soon. We hold weekly healing sessions where our dedicated team of Reiki and Spiritual healers give their time freely; there are monthly awareness and meditation groups and weekly Yoga and Pilates classes. We have monthly Clairvoyance evenings with a variety of guest mediums, special talks and workshops on various topics and of course, our Spirit of Bredhurst monthly Sunday service which is the first Sunday every month, so please take a look at our What’s On page to view all that we do here.
